"Literally the worst order i have ever received not only was i missing stuff but my food was actually just thrown in the bag and hanging out of the wrappers, And my burrito was the actual size of a chicken nugget almost like it was a joke because i don’t think you could possibly mess something up that much!! And the place genuinely just looks disgusting all of there employees just sit around in the seating area laughing and messing around like it’s school, and then continue to serve the most disgusting food you could ever have. this is a consistent thing not just a one time occurrence. "This place used to be my go to for food, since it's usually pretty quick and I can order online to ensure that I get what I want. However that has not been the case lately. It's been real hit or miss whether you actually get what you ordered, even through the app. Some of the staff is actually quite rude, telling me to stop ordering through the app, as well as just being generally unpleasant, even when I have to see them for less than 30 seconds. I can understand not being upbeat at all hours in a job like this, just... Don't be apathetic man. I'd avoid this place until they get their act together."

"It doesn't get more authentic than this -and that's saying a lot for West New York. It's usually bustling on the weekends. Food is Delicious with capital D, and very reasonably priced too. No children's menu but ask your server for chicken fingers and fries if that's your thing. Try the pozole. Order an horchata drink. Every sauce that comes with the complimentary chips is super hot. Every one. That said, don't expect a franchise look and feel nor any polish in the decor. It's very mom-and-pop. As a rule of thumb for Mexican restaurants in general: the worse the mural on the wall, the better the food."

"Jeremy, the delivery driver, was amazing! I really enjoy Taco Bell's food, but unfortunately, they always seem to mess up my orders. This time, I was shorted two Crunchy Taco Supremes, and the ones I did receive were flatter than pancakes with hardly any filling. I also didn't get the extra cheese I paid for on the tacos or the Nachos Bell Grande, nor did I receive any of the taco sauces I ordered—nothing at all! I usually don't leave negative reviews, but there comes a point when you get tired of not receiving what you paid for. It doesn't matter if you order for delivery or go through the drive-thru. Ugh!"

"This Taco Bell is fantastic! I stopped visiting Taco Bell for a while after the menu changed, as it was really frustrating trying to order my favorite items at other locations nearby. The staff at those places were either unhelpful or rude. However, I decided to give this location a chance when I started a new job around Tamiami, and they made exactly what I wanted. Since then, they've consistently been polite and quick with service. I realize my special order can be a hassle, but they've always handled it well. I'm finally able to enjoy Taco Bell again!"

"Best. Taco Bell. Ever. During a day drive from UT to CO we planned a stop at the Rifle TB. We ordered takeout from inside the store. We were greeted warmly upon entering. Ordered via the screens and then were promptly given our order with a smile and access to sauce packets. The order full of customized items were received correctly. We received everything we ordered and the food was delish!! After our most recent order in Bend, OR, I have to say, I’m floored these two restaurants belong to the same franchise. Rifle was light years better than Bend!! Highly recommend stopping at this TB!!"
