"It’s very important to believe the negative reviews before coming because they are telling the truth.My friend ordered the dish with fried steak and it was burnt to a crisp. Also, my dish came out lukewarm and not tasting good. The best thing on the plate was the refried beans. The chips that came with the salsa was burnt.The only good thing from our visit here, was the waitress. She was very nice."

"We ordered two chicken cheese steaks and some spaghetti with meatballs. One of the cheese steaks was missing lettuce and tomato and had the wrong type of peppers, and it was quite dull in flavor. The other cheese steak was also dry and tasteless. As for the spaghetti and meatballs, they were served on linguine. The meatballs were absolutely terrible; I've had store-bought meatballs that were better. These were nearly inedible, resembling bad frozen meatballs that had been sitting in water for a week. They were completely flavorless and had the texture of an old sponge falling apart. It's difficult to convey just how bad they were. I don't usually write reviews, and this might be my first genuinely negative one, but the experience was surprisingly disappointing."

"Small Mexican restaurant on Kirkwood highway in Newark Delaware. The place is hard to find directly while on the road. It was a bit dimly lit on the outside. The food was really good though. Tried the fried chimichanga and enchiladas which were both great. The staff was new I guess and had some trouble communicating but that?s more than ok because they were friendly. Would definitely recommend this place."

"Stopped at Los Amigos during the country trip and enjoyed everything about the place. Tacos al Pastor, chips with Pico de Gallo and cheese dip, and some tamales meet the point. And try her salsa, it's nigh-divine. The staff was just as wonderful and treated my clear questions with grace and conspiracy. I can't recommend it enough. Skip the janky franchise foods and stop here for an amazing meal!"

"We arrived about 5:50pm on a Saturday. Maybe 3 other tables seated (not any more by the time we left — which gives you an idea of where this review is going). Surprisingly, it took awhile for us to get waited on for our drink order to be placed. It took awhile for our food to arrive (especially given they were not busy). The salsa seems very watered down, like soup. The cheese sauce was the same, very watered down. The food was about average for mexican. If the service was better I'd go … – show"

"The service at this restaurant is fantastic. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted with a warm "Hola, como estas". The shrimp ceviche is absolutely delicious, and the fajitas are amazing. The steak burrito is also very tasty, and the steak tacos are incredible. I love coming here as a local. The food is delicious! ?"

"We were in town running an errand decided to find a local spot for dinner. We almost passed this spot, as it is almost hidden between a smoke shop (I think) a beauty salon, sorry it was closed w/ no lights. What a great Mexican restaurant! Sooo beats the Mexican chain restaurant that we've tried name not needed. Plus I love a mom pop place over a chain any day. The food was incredibly delicious. Their house salsa was delish! The price, almost too good to be true. Wonderful service and attention. Do not drive by, stop in for an authentic Mexican cuisine experience!"
