"We drove over 200 kilometers to dine at this restaurant, excited to treat my friend from Brazil to a lovely lunch. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were not greeted at the front and had to enter the restaurant ourselves. The staff informed us that they were busy due to a wedding and directed us to sit outside by the pool where wedding guests were enjoying themselves. This was not the ambiance we were expecting based on our reservations. Despite the chilly 10-degree weather, we had to sit in the shade and eat with our coats on, which was not the experience we had anticipated. Feeling disappointed and frustrated with the disorganization, we asked for a recommendation for another restaurant and left. It was clear that the restaurant was not able to manage their reservations properly, and we left feeling unsatisfied with our dining experience."
