"TLDR: incredible tacos and service, other things need work.Overall this place is really great, but there are some caveats. We ordered chips and guacamole to start, followed by the DIY taco bar setup with braised beef and carnitas. My pops got a margarita that he loved.The chips and guacamole frightened us for what was to come. The chips were tooth shatteringly thick and unsalted. They left a lot to be desired. The guacamole did little to rescue this. It was stone cold like it just came out of the fridge and likewise had no seasoning whatsoever. It was as if they smeared some avocado, sprinkled on some Cotija and called it a day.Light at the end of the tunnel came by way of the taco bar. The protein choices we made were incredible. The carnitas was deeply flavorful and the braised beef was also excellent. The tortillas were perfect and the salsas were diverse and tasty. We devoured the taco setup in short order.Bottom line, go here and get all the tacos. Don’t touch the chips or guac, it’s just not worth it. Save room for more tacos!"
