"As soon as you step inside, it's evident that you're in a Mexican restaurant, though the ambiance is much more understated compared to some places that go all out with festive decorations. Ruchi's keeps things simple; the decor hints that you're in a Mexican eatery without overwhelming you. They prioritize your attention on the food and conversation rather than flashy decor.
Upon being seated, you’ll be served the usual chips and salsa as a starter. If you're in the mood for more, they offer a small selection of appetizers with about ten items to choose from. Personally, I usually enjoy enough chips that I skip the appetizers and focus on the main course, which has never disappointed me. My favorites are the tacos al carbon and the enchiladas Vallarta. If I'm not particularly hungry, I might opt for a cheese quesadilla.
In terms of food quality, I find it consistently good and definitely worth the price. Additionally, the service at Ruchi's is a standout feature. The waitstaff always seems cheerful and genuinely enthusiastic about their work, eager to ensure you have a pleasant experience.
All things considered, Ruchi's Taqueria Mexican Restaurant checks all my boxes, and I will definitely keep coming back whenever I'm craving Mexican food."
