"We were pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant was not too crowded when we visited on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. The atmosphere is very laid-back and whimsical. Tucked away in a small corner, the outdoor terrace was not overly noisy. We tried the wings and the black bean burger, both of which were delicious. I would also recommend trying the "world's smallest chocolate sundae." It's a tiny shot of chocolate syrup served with ice cream and whipped cream, but it's absolutely delicious. It's just the right size to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling too heavy. Overall, a great experience - we will definitely be returning."

"Update! This place decided to get back to me 7 months after my issue and instead of being apologetic about the issue, they wanted to patronize me. This place is garbage food ran by garbage people! Honestly hope they shut down one day!Just got my order. Everything was terrible!The calamari was burnt and looked like they gave me only half the order.The wings were extremely soggy and showed a quality worse than 7-11.The pasta had burnt chunks all over it. You know, when you burn the bottom of the pot for the heat being too high. They just decided to scrape that garbage and mix it with the dish.When I called the restaurant asking for a refund I was told to call Uber eats which they do not have a phone number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS GARBAGE ?️Please note these comments are opportunities for improvement... Take advantage of it."

"Watch your debit card transactions!!!! They will add a tip when you do not. I paid for 3 takr home drinks. The horchata and 2 glass bottles, total was $13.11. Checked my bank account. Maria the lady who simply rang me out gave herself a $6 tip. Sad thing is, she was our waitress and we had already tipped her at the table. This is very dishonest. I called to ask for my money back and still haven’t received it. I will not be going back. What a shame. I’ve been going there for 10 years. I will not tip twice! WATCH YOUR CARD TRANSACTIONS!!! "I ordered the Chile Colorado through DoorDash, and it was incredibly delicious—full of flavor and perfectly spiced. When I added the meal to my cart in the app, I noticed an option to get extra chips or salsa for an additional $2-$2.50. I opted not to choose that because I assumed "extra" meant that chips would be included, as is typically the case. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, there were no chips at all, which was a bit disappointing. I think it’s important for customers to know they should select the extra chips and salsa to complete their meal, as the dish really benefits from them. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and my daughter loved her burrito!"

"Sorry, I ate my food before I could take pics. It's that good. My vegetarian peeps... I hate ordering fajitas and just get a plate of bland onions and bellpepers. Hands down best Toledo veggie fajitas with onion, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes it was just delicious and the sangria... have only one it will sneak up on you. The veggie chimichanga was ok but I didn't enjoy as much as the fajita. I always get the same waitress when I go and she's so friendly, cute and sweet so tip her well people! Enjoy"

"This is my favorite restaurant in Raleigh. While I usually prefer higher-end places like Cowfish in North Hills or Midtown, the staff and service at this restaurant have consistently impressed me. I typically rate places 3 to 4 stars, but the welcoming attitude of multiple staff members who come to greet you makes it hard to give less than 5 stars. The food is absolutely fantastic—without a doubt, the best Mexican restaurant around. In fact, they could raise their prices by $2 on menu items because I'm definitely getting more than my money's worth! "We have eaten at this restaurant many times and it has been good. The time before tonight was so so, but they were really busy. Tonight they were busy as well. I ordered the “new” bowl salad with chicken. The salad was sparse, but okay until I realized there was at a minimum 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of the bowl. I sent it back but it was still on the bill. I mentioned it to the cashier and she wan nice and said I’ll take that off. I thanked her, but when she told me the price it was 20% off of the salad not the full amount. I could have asked for a manager, but didn’t. Just don’t order the bowl salad."

"When we finally ordered two entrees, the first one arrived within five minutes but was poorly prepared and unappetizing. We didn't receive the second dish until nearly ten minutes later. Even though there were still Uber Eats orders being taken and picked up, we felt rushed out the door, despite it being less than ten minutes until closing. I've never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment before. EDIT: I've attempted to call and speak with someone about this issue twice, but both times the same person who served us hung up on me. This is truly disappointing."

"We found this restaurant during the pandemic and quickly became regulars, loving their excellent food and service. Unfortunately, our recent visit was disappointing. Both the food and service fell short of expectations. We’ve always enjoyed this place and might consider giving it another shot, but our latest experience was so different from just a few months ago that we’re unsure. Prices have gone up significantly, and when dining out, I expect at least the food or the service to be satisfying. While I understand staffing shortages—having worked as a server myself—that doesn’t seem to be the problem here. I sincerely hope they can turn things around!"

"Finally I found a place where I really enjoyed the food. The nachos were on point; for a family of five, you might want 2. Ours could had usrf a tad more sour cream and cheese, nothing you can't order extra of : . Tasty food, compliments to the chiefs, and who made the recipes. The staff is friendly and nice. It's a clean establishment; don't let the whole hole in the wall; turn you away. I'll need a few more visits before I can give this place a 5, but I'd definitely try it at least once. So far, it's definitely the best I've had locally that I've come across."

"This was our first time at this restaurant, recommended by my cousin. The food was excellent. My mom enjoyed her grilled shrimp (medium size for all you shrimp lovers) with mushrooms and rice. I opted for shredded beef tacos, rice, and beans. The beef came with a delicious red sauce. I also took home some Chile Colorado for my husband, who thought it was pretty darn good."

"My first time trying this restaurant. The cuisine is my favorite so I've been to a few. The Margarita I ordered arrived to the table with a sparkle. I mean an actual sparkler and a cool smoking element. I suggest at least one person at the table order on to at least see the first hint after just the Uber nice waiter I was in for an awesome experience. I order the Nuevo burrito and it was packed with yumminess!. The flavors they impart to simple food is an experience your tongue will spend rest of the night in nirvana afterwards. I'm told by my dinner companion that each trip is just as welcoming and food has been wonderful every time or new item tired. Is worth your trip across thier threshold into their restaurant. Let me know what you tired so next ine I make I can have a new wonderful favorite to find. Vegetarian options: There is a full page of vegetarian options available and I came close to ordering one that sounded so yummy maybe next time my carnivore side was hungrier ?"
