"Almost forgot how delicious coco ichiban was! I used to eat here all the time while studying abroad in Japan. There was also one in little Tokyo that I remember dining at, and it was fantastic! This branch tastes just as good as the other two and I'll definitely come back again for the omurice with chicken katsu curry. I can't get enough of those little pickled radishes. The interior wasn't the cleanest, but the restaurant grade was an A when I was there last week, so I'll give it a chance. A very good experience overall, and it's hard to go wrong with curry and omelet with chicken katsu."

"the first time we eat here! that is the Japanese curry restaurant! yay! I love Japanese curry flavors that are very different from the Indian curry. Japanese curry is sweeter. there was a 20-minute waiting time, but it was worth it! we checked on yelp and it was convenient to keep the track if our table was ready. during the waiting we looked through the menu and soon learned that there were so many options and a decision was difficult. I ordered the herbal curry and added aubergines and spinat( additional vegetables are a few cent more. they can add more rice or less than the standard and the price is a few cent more or less. they can get their curry from level 1 spice up, the standard level or go to level 24! my man ordered the chicken curry, level 6 and it was perfectly seasoned, but next time he will ask for a level 12! we added 2 garlic naan. I had no green icestee to the Japanese icy that was a gerstist. I love the nutty bitter taste of grief and they get free refills! many people also ordered take out meals. there are several southern californa standorte. covid safe. the table was cleaned and sanitary. the utensilien came into a neat basket. parking directly in front or everywhere in the large strip mall. there is a baskin robbins next door."

"If I was just rating based off of dining in it would be 5 star but due to take-out being incorrect 3 out of 3 times; it needs to be a 4 maybe a 3. When dining in the restaurant is clean and the staff are nice! Calling ahead is your best bet to get a table if you are in a group. The restaurant can have 45 minutes waits otherwise, especially on weekends. So far I have tried 50 plus percent of the menu while dining in and it always comes out great. Parking is very tight inthe parking lot and it can take some time to get in or out of the area. Just for some reason to-go order don't work as well. I hope this fix the issue before it becomes commonplace."

"The Curry Udon is incredibly rich and packed with flavor, and the portion size is just right. The curry they use is wonderfully smooth and blends perfectly with the spice levels. I've sampled everything from the hottest to the medium, and all of them are fantastic! But for me, the Garlic Nan with Cheese is pure comfort food—it never fails to bring a smile to my face! I would give it a 9.5/10! There are times when I just want to order five of them and nothing else!"
