"This place is usually ok, but this most recent visit I don’t think I want to come back. Nearly every barista that works there is snobby, they are unwelcoming and act like you’re wasting their time. Not only this visit, but other visits and other baristas as well. I always tip and am polite so this really makes no sense, but the turnover there is quite frequent so maybe that’s why, new hires don’t realize they’re working in customer service.The coffees we got today were extremely lack luster, the mocha was literally horrible and the temp was luke warm, we tossed the whole thing after two attempts to drink it. The iced coffee was 80% ice, flavor ok, but the 2 bagels we got were both somehow bad as well. One bagel wasn’t hot, and the other was burned? It made no sense. Not to mention the barista handled our bagels with her bare hands after and while touching the register. I’m not sure what’s happened to this place but every visit in the last 6 months has been steadily declining. A real shame cause I used to love grabbing a drink and food here. Don’t waste your time"
