"I deducted one star because the taste of the cake has been inconsistent. I’ve bought their cakes three times, and each one tasted different. The first one, decorated with a Logitech mouse, was overly sweet and looked unfinished. The second one, topped with a macaroon, was by far the best in terms of flavor. The third cake, which had a strawberry glaze, was quite different and ranks the lowest for me.
The cakes are moist (yes, I said it!) and the fruits are mostly fresh. They also offer green tea, blueberry, and chocolate cakes, but I haven't tried those yet. The customer service was good; the staff are fluent in English and Chinese."
