"While definitely firmly out of the traditional box, this inner city pho is by far my favourite. It’s the extra touches that make it special (eg fried shallots atop the chicken variety and the flavoursome broth has a good depth. Had one last weekend (after getting home a little late the night before and it was the perfect revitaliser. 3 different types of chilli condiments on offer (pickled all the way for me! . I couldn’t fault the wait staff either, the right amount of attention, but also not hovering or crowding us, very laid back vibes here. I had chicken on this day, but I’m also a huge fan of their beef!! Have never tried the mushroom pho, but am tempted as it looks very good. Reliable, well priced and excellent flavours."
