"On most days, it’s advisable to make a reservation to dine here. When we first sat down, ordered some water, and placed our food order, a staff member approached us to ask if we had a reservation (which we did). However, he couldn’t find it in their system, even though we had followed the booking process correctly. This caused some confusion, and we were asked to stand and wait, with some of us inside and others outside. Eventually, he said he would see what he could do to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we were given a table in the back, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise as it was quieter and less crowded. Initially, we were ready to leave due to the confusion, but luckily, from that point on, the experience improved significantly. The food was delicious, and the milkshakes were fantastic!"
