"This place might as well not have a server. There was no host, and after we spoke with a server who seated us, we waited 40 minutes without getting our drinks. We noticed they were ready at the bar, so we ended up getting them ourselves. The same happened with coffee after our meal; we decided to cancel it since it just wasn't coming. If it had been a self-service place, I wouldn't mind, but it took us three hours to be seated, grab our own drinks, and still be expected to leave a tip!?"
