"The pizza is delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I called to cancel an order due to a change in plans and had to provide the last four digits of my card to do so. Just 20 seconds into the call, the representative hung up on me, leaving me completely shocked and upset. It was enough to almost bring me to tears. I hope he feels good about being so rude. I definitely won't be ordering from them again."
