"Food was wonderful and worth any sort of negativity. We came on Valentine's weekend with no reservations. So we waited about 20-25 minutes. Once they did seat up, it was in the very back by the kitchen. Once seated, we did wait a little bit to getdrinks, and our food ordered. Once again, short staff, new staff, or it being abnormally busy... That's our fault. The chef whocame to our grill area looked an awful lot like the host who seated us. So I asked if he and the host were brothers. Long storyshort, the host was our chef! It was a fantastic habatchi experience. Great food with laughter. Two shrimp comes with most mealsalong with rice, noodles, soup, and vegetables. Once the meal was over, the chef came back and admitted he was not only the hostbut the owner. The owner knew how overwhelmed his staff was, how impatient the customers were, and stepped in to save the day!If you are hesitant about this restaurant due to poor reviews, don't be. Give it a try, or give it another try and understandthat the whole restaurant industry is struggling with staffing, wait times, and good reviews."
