"Great atmosphere, decor and environment, however the drinks left something to be desired. I got the Berry Banana smoothie and my wife got the Toxin cleanser. The smoothie consistency was thick and good, but it was tasteless and not sweet, it tasted mostly of ice and the fruit inside couldn't be decerned. It looked amazing, but was tasteless. My wife's drink was very strong, it contained parsley, Apple, spinach and ginger, but the ginger overpowered all other flavors and made it difficult to drink. If their drinks improved, we might go back, but there are much better juice bars around."

"The customer service here needs a lot of improvement. I was the first one there and I ordered 3 juices and 2 shots. 5 people came in after me and they all had gotten their orders and had left by the time my order was done. No they were not online orders they order and stood in line. I asked what was going on because I was there for about 15 almost 20 mins. She told me it was almost done the juice takes longer, but they made two huge bowls 3 smoothies and another smoothie for all the other customers. There is a girl there that has tattoos and someone either needs to re train her on her customer service or she needs to be fired she is not nice to the customers at all. She was extremely rude to an elderly lady in there that was trying to pay. Customer service is everything and this location is not it for sure and I will not go back. You guys need to fix your staff PERIOD!"

"Got here at 9:27pm they close at 10pm. The lady took my order after looking back to their prep area. Then when i was about to pay she said that they just cleaned their juicer machine and cant take any other juice order. I asked when they usually start washing their juicer and she said 9:30pm, bruhhh it 's 9:31pm and why did you take my order AFTER checking the prep area. And they took awhile to even start taking my order. Last time i was there, i did not have this problem, staff would just quickly juice it real quick. Clearly they 're trynna leave early, which is fine I guess. Please then whenever customer comes 9:20ishPM tell them right away that yall cannot take Juice order."

"What can I say? From a consumer perspective, Nekter has really flavorful smoothies and great options to boost health but the prices are a bit high for smoothies and juices that aren't even organic or NON-GMO. From a logical human perspective, Nekter's customer service is not up to par. When ordering, we had a cashier who was a bit disoriented and ignorant in her understanding of Smoothie ingredients and substitutions. For example, I ordered a tropical cooler Smoothie that includes coconut butter and then was informed thy were out. As a consumer I am still paying $8 for a smoothie, so logically I asked to replace the coconut butter with another nut butter and was told they'd have to charge me for it. After much asking of what appeared to be her manager back and forth they finally decided to give it to me instead of the coconut butter. There was also a mix-up with drink sizes and so on but ultimately there needs to be a better handle amongst the employees on the menu, ingredient prices, and listening skills."

"I have tried many items from their menu and every one of them is delicious. I first discovered Nekter when I was living in San Clemente and now that I have moved to SF, I make sure to stop by every time I visit my parents in Sonoma County. The Napa location is also wonderful. I use the mobile app to place my order about 10 minutes before I arrive and my order is always ready when I get there. Ordering through the mobile app also comes with some free perks. The juices, smoothies, and bowls made to order are always fresh and feel nourishing."

"I am sad for our neighborhood that this location has changed ownership. We will not be going back. Previously, it was fun and therapeutic to get a nutritional drink or bowl after our workout. We even got a barre discount. Not any longer. They don’t honor i No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Stood at counter at least 15 minutes before anyone looked up to take order. No hi or welcome. Received a phone call while waiting for food and they thought we were at a club. The music is so loud and can’t be turned down. New owner has it hard wired. Between the blenders and the loud music it gives you a headache. The icing on the cake was our food sat there due to either not calling our name or music so loud we couldn’t hear them. Finally, we took our melted items and ate outside. Sad sad change."

"I have personally visited several Nekter Juice Bars in Scottsdale. I would like to write a detailed review. Consider my first 4 impressions below: 1. WARM GREETINGS AND SMILES I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted as I walked through the door and theteam were smiling in their desire to serve my needs. As I observe their customer interactions, it was apparent the managementhad trained and ?selected? ROCKSTARS to create their signature offerings for us. They get it! What? Customer service!!! 2. MYORDER I ordered similar items at the Scottsdale Nekter Juice bars. It was the Berry blend with granola, strawberries andblueberries on top. Once I received my order, I was surprised at the generous portion I received. I thought it was because I ama nice guy and they wanted to reward my kindness. As I waited, the team?s infectious enthusiasm towards ever customer wasconsistent as we waited for our order. We all shared the welcoming environment as we walked through the doors. 3. THE TASTETEST YUMMY does not describe the long awaited moment to taste what was created for me. I took my plastic spoon and scooped acorner and as I lifted the spoon to my salivating lips, the favor exploded in my mouth. Awe?. Good?..Wonderful?.! It was sheerdelight scoop after scoop as I sat in my Stone Care of Arizona company van. Boy was it great! It was far better than thelocation on Shea Blvd. 4. CLEAN AND PERSONAL PROTECTION I am in the cleaning business so I refuse to purchase food in anunkempt business and where the employees do not wear protective gloves. The employees who Shepherd my order kept a clean areaand the restaurant was impeccably clean. Not surprising considering the culture they had at that location. In conclusion, aftervisiting the Hayden location subsequent times. It is by far the best Nekter location in Scottsdale!!! If you are looking forthe best Juice bar in Scottsdale I highly recommend that you visit the Nekter Juice Bar Hayden location and see"

"Mixed experiences. Some of the staff are warm and welcoming, greeting you with a smile. However, there are others who seem less friendly, especially towards customers who don’t fit a certain mold. I’ve noticed that when I come in to pick up my order, some of the girls don’t respond to my greetings and seem unapproachable, while they are all smiles with customers who resemble them. This place is the only one around offering genuine fruit smoothies. It would be wonderful to have a drive-thru or curbside pickup option as well. Given the prices, I believe that a simple smile, courtesy, and equal treatment for all customers should be standard. This is just my observation after a year of visiting."

"There was a young man (I think his name was Isaac) who was by himself helping all the customers but didn’t seem flustered at all! He was calm and professional and constantly reassured everyone he would help them as soon as he could. My drinks were delicious and he was so friendly with a smile that never left his face. "I normally order through the app. When I went inside the Temecula store located off Temecula parkway to pick up my items I was grossed out by how dirty the store was and how the preparation area had food items open, spilled and just laying around. Not typically what you see at most Nekter stores. My food items were also disappointing; my bowl about an inch of açaí mix and the rest of the bowl consisted mainly of granola with one strawberries and three pieces of pineapple and pieces of frozen bananas. Clearly the fruit isn’t fresh at this location. My mango smoothie was watery and bland. The drink tasted like chemical water, not sure what was used. Overall very disappointing experience will not return to this store, it’s like throwing your money away. The food items aren’t even enjoyable."

"When she came outside, she informed me that her manager wanted her to make it clear that they do not offer curbside service and this was a one-time exception. She handed me my small bag and walked away. I thanked her, but I couldn't help feeling disappointed. I completely get that they don’t usually provide curbside service, but it seems unnecessary to be so strict, especially when the store was empty. I could have easily ordered from another café that would have been more accommodating. I ordered a smoothie and an açaí bowl—it wasn’t a large order, and it only took a moment. Overall, from one mom to another, this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. Families understand how difficult it can be, especially with a little one in tow."

"Manager/owner, Arlene, leaves one person, (a fairly new employee who worked so hard), all alone to handle all online and in-person orders, 35 min wait times, no experience how to reimburse a charge to the customers who had to leave without their money reimbursed to their card, and with no food/drink. A few customers asked for the owner’s number. I phoned her and she was busy at her other beauty business. She said her assistant mgr must have had to step out for a minute. I asked and found out that there is no assistant manager. In reading the other reviews, this business is poorly run."
