"The lettuce in my salad was wilted, discolored, and soggy, with an abundance of stems and hardly any leafy greens. My total came to $16.00 due to add-ins, while the original price was $10.99. However, only one of my add-ins—a boiled egg—was included, and it looked like it had been roughly torn in half. I was missing $5.00 worth of additional ingredients that I had requested. Since I was heading to work for a night shift, I didn’t check my bag, as I assumed everything would be in order, especially considering the price I paid. The salad was completely inedible, and to make matters worse, my baguette was missing as well. The staff behind the register and counters were more focused on their cell phones than ensuring my order was correct."
