The decor may change, the restaurant has expanded, locations added, but they 've kept my favorites, and they have not changed (thank you!!! . Our family now lives in the Kansas City area. Rudy 's is a *must* when we come to the Quad Cities. We 've brought Kansans with us to the QC and they are now avid Rudy 's fans too!"
