"I would advise against driving to this restaurant until they improve their efficiency. They have two designated parking spots for drive-through orders, but they are not utilizing them effectively. I waited over 10 minutes behind 3 cars, only to find that my online order was cold on the counter. It appeared that a car was holding up the entire process. They should just have cars park in the designated spots. At one point, I gave up waiting in line and went inside to retrieve my food (parked in one of the empty drive-through spots). Unfortunately, the food was cold by the time we received it. If an order is not ready when the customer reaches the window, they should be asked to park in the designated spots. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but customers will stop coming if their food is consistently cold after spending $10 on a meal. I don't mind waiting for my food to be prepared, but I would prefer not to come to the window and find it already cold. I have experience working at a restaurant with a drive-through, and this is the proper protocol that needs to be followed."
