"UPDATE: The food is still really good but service is sometimes iffy. If you order online, be prepared to wait longer as sometimes they don't start making it until you get there do to equipment issues. Generally you can go to the drive throughwindow to pick it up and if it isn't ready they will ask you to park in front and they will bring it out to you but you mightneed to go inside to get it anyway, it just depends on who is working that night. Also, make sure to check your bag to makesure you got everything. I usually get sweet and sour chicken bento and half the time the forget the sweet and soursauce. Don't let that put you off, the food is worth it."
