"I thought I was here for something entirely different. For those of you who share my twisted thoughts, calm down y 'all, it 's a RESTAURANT, a steakhouse. Tehehe. However, Strip House didn 't disappoint with their risqué wall art so there 's THAT. snaps fingers LOVE IT! It was near closing time but what I was able to try was all super delicious. I strongly recommend their cold seafood offerings....WITH a Japanese whisk(e)y of course. Eff what the connoisseurs says. Thank you Norma. It was a pleasure watching you do your thing. So professional yet with a bit of a mummy vibe and the icing on the cake that you and my mummy are name twins! I 'll definitely tell all I know about SH and be back for more! The End."

"Average overpriced food. Atmosphere is good and gives the diner feel, but dang that food just wasn't up to part. I had a cheeseburger and fries, which should be difficult for a diner to screw up. The cheeseburger was tasteless and overcooked. The root beer float was decent but how do you screw something like that up? Felt rushed too while there. Price was around $20 for the cheeseburger and fries, and something like $10 for the root beer float. Plus tip and tax, came close to $40 for lunch."

"My wife and I both ordered the French onion soup which was excellent as always. I had the bone in rib steak which was prepared to perfection while my wife ordered one of the specials which was a boneless rib steak which was huge topped with blackened shrimp. The steaks were cooked perfectly and we brought home enough for another dinner. Our waitress Bella did an outstanding job friendly and seeing to it that everything was perfect and to our liking. We've eaten at other steak houses but the Chop House is our favorite !"

"My husband and I absolutely recommend this newly discovered restaurant in Bluffton, South Carolina, near Hilton Head and not far from Savannah, Georgia. The food had excellent presentation, was served at the right temperature, had generous portions, and was bursting with flavor! We savored every bite until we could not eat another bite. We are grateful to have some leftovers to enjoy and continue indulging another day. (Check out pictures of the calamari, shrimp cod with fries, ribs and shrimp with baked mashed potatoes, NY cheesecake, and key lime pie. We are now fans for life!)"

"It was my first time eating at Frankie Bones and it was delicious! Lauren was wonderful. She stayed on top of our refills and constantly checked in on us, and she also provided us with excellent recommendations. I started off with the fried mozzarella and it was very good! Then I had the seafood trio and they let me substitute the scallops for extra shrimp since I don’t eat scallops. I had a tiramisu to go for dessert and it was also great. I will definitely be back! Thank you!!"

"Most expect it to be crazy and hectic during the holidays, especially in a restaurant. I just came by my day and I had lunch here. The service was great that I helped Homero (mgr) and Nestor. I was in and out in no time. I had a great experience at this point and of course the food is delicious. The staff at this point is great! Thanks again Homero and Nestor . "I rated 3 and my boyfriend rated 4 stars. We both ordered filet mignon. He got the mashed potatoes and I got the green beans. We also got the famous shrimp cocktail. Compliment sandwich here… the sides were very tasty and not overly done with oil or butter. The rolls were good with lots of butter. I really enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, but you MUST be a fan of horseradish. My boyfriend did not like it at all, but he dislikes horseradish. The cocktail sauce had a quick sharp bite to it, so get ready. I gave Harry and Izzy’s 3 stars because I am a steak snob. I love to cook and rarely eat out because I make things the way I like. I ordered a medium rare steak. For over $50, I would have expected it to be correctly cooked. It was well done and not good. In my opinion, a well done steak is a great way to ruin a steak. My boyfriend likes his steak burnt to a crisp and he liked it. He thought it had a lot of flavor. The waitress did send the manager over, but I’m not into giving a second chance on a first impression with food. The atmosphere was nice. I had a very good Cabernet Sauvignon (I got the Justin, Paso Rubles). I don’t think I will eat here again unless I have gift card."

"I had the Po' Boy Sandwich while my friend ordered the pistachio salad. Both dishes were fresh and could be frozen for later, but that felt like a missed opportunity. We also enjoyed the mango salsa as we waited. However, when the meals arrived, we noticed there was no ventilation, and the smell of oil became quite strong. With just a good kitchen fan, this charming spot could easily become a five-star hidden gem."

"Heard such great things about this restaurant so my bf booked it for our anniversary, little did I know that I would be leaving the restaurant engaged. They coordinated with him and had everything booked and planned even for the piano player to play andsing the sing Will you marry me? I sobbed like a baby I was so shocked as I didn 't suspect anything. The staff were absolutelyamazing ????, kind, loving, friendly, they helped to make the perfect night that I will never ever forget. The food wasabsolutely scrumptious, the mushrooms ???? soup was the best we 've had ever and we 've travelled all over the world ????. Themain was mouth watering, I had the pork chop and he had the salmon and both were just not short of amazing. The wine and drinkslist was also great. I think this restaurant and staff leaves an experience of a lifetime and I 'd definitely recommend it manytimes over. It 's classy, sophisticated and a wonderful warm atmosphere. Pop in and have a wonderful time you certainly will notbe disappointed. 10/10 for me 5 Rating from me. Thanks so much again for my very very special night."

"I visited this location at the recommendation of our Uber driver. The restaurant was really busy but the servers were attentive. I ordered the blackened Cod which was served with green beans. The Cod was seared which gave it a somewhat crunchy delicious coating. The beans were fresh, but just tasted average. I sampled the pasta dish and it was delicious. The scallops and succotash was also great! One friend also tried the sliders and onion rings. The shrimp slider was made with a shrimp patty which as just okay. The onion rings are not rings, but instead onion straws. They were excellent. Great taste, texture and flavor. The cheesecake was good. One friend ordered Creme Brule to-go."

"My family loves China Cafe! The food is always amazing and the staff is great! We always order, either egg rolls and egg drop soup for each of us or the pu pu tray for 2, the combo fried rice (made extra spicy) and sesame chicken. The portions are great for sharing, they definitely don't skimp on anything here. Its a newer location, but Bing (the owner) did a great job making sure the taste quality of the food hasn't changed at all."

"This is one of my favorite places to eat. During my last visit I wanted a Ruben sandwich but I didn't see it on the menu. My server pointed out an item in the sandwich section called City Lights. The meat was pastrami but I wanted corned beef. No problem at the Skylark! They will make what you want even if it's not on the menu. My Ruben was delicious served with tasty fries. That's why I keep returning. My server was great, fast service and helping me find what I wanted."

"I ordered takeout on Postmates. The beef in oyster sauce was basically beef in oyster sauce soup. The chow mein proteins were overcooked and there was no flavor. Im going to guess they were cooked separately and added to the dish toward the end which is why no flavor set in. No color to the noodles. The dishes were entirely prepared improperly. I am 40, I have never sent a complaint to a restaurant but these dishes were terrible. Couldn’t even stomach the chow mein. The buffalo wings were decent but not even an option for ranch much less the traditional blue cheese dressing for dipping. What I received does not look like what is being posted by these positive reviewers. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’m a well traveled certified cook, although I don’t cook for a living anymore, and have been in restaurants for much of my young life. It’s better to have 5 things on a menu you do really well than a huge menu where you cut corners and utilize a large amount of pre-prepared ingredients that aren’t allowed to fully cook as intended to create a cohesive single dish. Minimize the menu and retrain on popular dishes. I’m not sure why the reviews are so mixed but it seems they’re really weak on their takeout. It also seems they have been open a long time and maybe inflating food prices are making it hard with such a large menu but I can’t believe people that care about keeping their business at all would let such poorly prepared food leave the store. It’s astounding they’re still in business. Or maybe just have one good cook and I got the bad one? I dunno. The photo is the “chow mein with soft noodles” that I couldn’t eat. I thought of trying to repurpose the ingredients and make it taste better but the smell when I opened it today (ordered last night) was less than appetite inducing and I will be trashing it. Go ahead and google “chow mein with soft noodles” and let me know if you would consider what I received as the same dish."

"Surprise. In an average shopping center there is a quality restaurant like this. I think of this as a single stone and mortar for quality. So don't let it go. My daughter got me out for dinner and cocktail. Wow! Everything was really delicious. I think the proverb is true: you get what you pay and sometimes it is really good quality at a fair price! Parking was easy. A cozy small corner place with a lot of seating. The huge bar was full of guests eating and drinking. Most people seemed well dressed or busy (after the amount of work?. I think it might have been sourdough? I only ate it because the oat butter had some herbs on it. I usually avoid gluten, but a slice was not hurt. We ordered the crab cakes. 2 per order. Definitely not too much bread. A crab cake. Offers and tasty with a great small crispy coating. I ordered the special grilled halibut with potatoes and green beans. I admit, I wish the fish was a bigger one because it was so amazing. The potatoes were cooked tenderly. But the green beans were perfect. I like vegetables to taste themselves, which does not mean cooked. You had a bang. The lemon sauce was good enough to drink in a cup. Of course I didn't mean it didn't happen. My daughter ordered the seafood risotto. I took a little bite from her fish was salmon. Buttery, delicate and tasty. However, the Mascarpone cheese was overwhelming and too much in the Risotto for me, the Risotto was crushed together and not loose bits. Taste a little like boxed Mac n cheese taste. I know this is a difficult description. But I did. My daughter loved it. It was a big portion and she brought home about 1/2. Then we shared my favorite all the time. Crime brûlée I can rarely say it was bomb! That's it. With a perfect thin layer of comminuted sugar. No complaints! Yummy with a dark coffee.."

"The food was bland and underseasoned. I had the fillet which was actually cooked perfectly, but lacked almost any seasoning. After applying salt and pepper, it was OK. The same could be said of the ribeye steak, which was actually cooked perfectly, but again had little to no seasoning. we also ordered the truffle, macaroni and cheese, which had very little cheese, was made with a penne, pasta noodle, and all of the truffle oil strained to the bottom of the glass ramekin one highlight was that the brussels sprouts were delicious, as were the mashed potatoes. in addition, cocktails, tasty, although they took forever to get to the table. I genuinely would like to give this place another chance, as it seems that perhaps the owners are new to the restaurant business, although I could be wrong. It's a great space, and, it appears they are trying hard, but the staff peers to be somewhat inexperienced, and they seem to be a little bit lost. Fingers crossed that they get it together as I would really like to see this place succeed."

"I haven't been to Max's in years but had to take someone to the airport and thought this would be a perfect place. Upon entering, I noticed there weren't that many people in there on a Sunday around noon there was an unpleasant smell to the restaurant. When we sat down at our table, the menus were sticky. I can't stand that. It makes me feel like the place is unclean. I ordered a 1/2 pastrami sandwich and green salad. The salad was overdressed and had so many different things in it, I didn't really like it. The sandwich is what I always remember about Max's; delicious pastrami w/lots of flavor. This was pretty bland. My guests ordered sandwiches as well and it was OK, nothing special. Very disappointing."

"First time trying Johnny Carinos. It was pretty good. The 5 meat pasta is definitely recommended! It is a bit spicy but worth it if you like a spicy kick to your food. We had left overs with that dish. The next plate we ordered is the shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta. Wasn’t the best and I would give that plate a 7/10. Didn’t have much flavor and I wouldn’t order it again. They have margarita 2-10$ but wasn’t that good . Our server did not make the drinks right because you can barley taste the alcohol and the ice melted quick, it was like a lemonade juice after. But I will come back again to try out there pizzas Also !! TRY the TIRAMISU! It is absolutely delicious if you are a fan of it. Pricey but good 9.69$ Over all we spent $80 for our dinner tonight."
