"Recently, I’ve been getting coffee that’s been too watery, probably due to the warm winter weather. Today, I asked for "easy on the ice," and while I got an "okay" in response, I still ended up with a cup that had more ice than coffee. I was the second customer in the shop and only ordered coffee, yet my drink had a full scoop of ice. My current cup is filled with ice again, just like yesterday’s. I probably won't be returning for a while.
To make matters worse, another staff member tried to charge me again for the coffee I was already waiting on. As for the croissant I had yesterday, it was mostly a lump of ham with some cheese stuffed into an oval piece of pastry. My coffee melted quickly and turned watery, making it unenjoyable. I fear I might have a similar experience with today’s coffee as well."
