"Met up with some friends to catch up and to enjoy a great meal. The waitress was very attentive! We ordered a cheese burger, the shrimp kabobs and I had French Dip, (Freedom Dip). Before ordering, my friend inquired in the French Dip is good. The waitress said that it is a crowd favorite and very rare. Sounded good, so I ordered it. It came out very well done and chewy. I sent it back and ordered a burger. My friends loved their food, especially the kabobs. On a side note, they go rid of the benches and replaced them with regular tables, so no more sitting with strangers! We will definetly be back, but I will choose something else from their menu."

Our waitperson was Andrew ...it was to celebrate 11 years together, were given tiny lemon cookies candles with our ice cream , with an Anniversary card To use on our next visit Generous portion of food some to take home ..the sauce meatballs were as delicious as my momma made . this is my new favorite Italian restaurant . "Having been in florida for the last decade I was extremely excited to go to a good ol' jersey diner again. The nostalgic feeling surpassed the food I remember as a young man. It was just OKAY. Maybe it would be better late night after a few drinks like I used to do. French onion soup was bland as can be, the French dip was bland as can be (had to ask for horse radish sauce for flavor) my lady had the gyro and zucchini fries. Idk why she ordered a gyro from a diner LOL clearly frozen mystery meat. And thr zucchini fries tasted like everything else out of the fryer. The regular fries were good. Prices were a little wild. All in all just okay."

"I always enjoy dining at Maggiano’s from a typical family dinner to a romantic date night to a Thanksgiving dinner. The generous portion, great service, and quality food are always there. Our waiter, Jeremy young man with glasses was very knowledgeable, attentive, and politeprofessional. It was a special occasion my good friend, Aaron’s farewell to Germany for a great job opportunity so I was looking forward to a very nice time with him. And I got just that on Sunday. Thanks Maggiano’s for always there for me for my dining needs; you are definitely one of my goto restaurants in the Denver Metro area for sure"

"Parking great. Met by a server who cked out vac status. She was very cordial A large restaurant with indoor service. Diners placed comfortably apart. It was a bit dark in there. We were late morning The menu had a large choice of meals. I was able to find a good choice for someone who doesn't want eat sugary or greasy food. The service was very good."

"Went with Boss and co-workers for nice social meeting. We sat inside where there were very few tables seated when we arrived yet ii took quite sometime to get a visit from the wait staff. The waiter was clearly struggling to handle the small amount of tables, and as it got a bit busier, he all but disappeared. We were there for 3.5 hours and i managed to get 3 drinks and never received the multiple requested waters. The drinks I did get were delivered by a waitress we flagged down. Finally, it took 45 min from request for the check to actually cashing out. The food on the other hand was very good and very fresh. I understand there a lot of resource issues, but this performance was clearly indicative of poor management, not even sure there was management there."

"What a great evening my girlfriends and I had at Maggiano 's. We ordered the Dinner for Four and it was outstanding. The portions were incredibly generous and beautifully served. We could not have asked for anything more. Our server began with Kim who was working a little longer so she could get us settled. Our main server was challenged with a banquet party and multiple other tasks, and Kim was gracious enough to spend a bit of time for us. Thank you, Kim!! We were seated in the bar area since I asked to be seated away from most of the customers. We tend to get a little animated in our conversations and I did not want to bother the other guests. It turned out to be perfect. Thank you to Kim and Mark for a lovely evening in which the four of us Besties rarely get together but a few times per year."

"I visited a friend from the west coast on January 18th, between 10 and 11 a.m. Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I looked up some reviews on TripAdvisor, hoping to impress my friend. The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious—I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and will definitely return. Our waiter, who had tattoos and naturally red hair, was fantastic. He was very attentive and did an excellent job—I'd rate him a 10 out of 10 as well. I will certainly be back and won’t hesitate to recommend this place to everyone I know. Plus, it was spotless!"

"My party of 2 decided to make reservations for a Saturday evening. Our reservation was for 7:45pm, however, they didn't have a table available when we arrived. After about a 20 minute wait we were offered a high top even though we booked standard seating. There was no way we wanted the high top that was literally at the front door. Then they offered us another high top which was pretty at the front door and at the opening of the patio area, which also politely declined. We were finally seated in the patio area. Now this may have been nice on a summer evening but it was a November night in northeast Ohio! It was quite chilly and our table was placed very awkwardly, kind of in the middle of the floor. The fans were also on. Even though the table next to us was empty, and in front of the fireplace, we were told it was reserved. Our server, Stewart, took quite awhile to even acknowledge us, but we were able to order drinks. My companion enjoyed the expresso martini and I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The bread was good but I found the butter much too salty. We ordered oysters as an appetizer and waited at least 30 minutes before they arrived. Our server walked past several times, as he was very attentive to his other tables. Finally he apologized for the wait and said the oysters would be coming out. It took almost 45 minutes and it honestly makes me think he forgot. The two of us had barely finished 8 oysters when our food arrived. I had the crab cake and lobster Oscar which was phenomenal and the reason for my stars. The lumps of crab meat and lobster was delicious. My companion ordered a ribeye and said it was cooked just as asked. The asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes were good also. The service is what was disappointing. We watched our server be very attentive to everyone but us! It was so bad that we asked another server to box our leftovers and get our check. Not to mention, not getting the seating we requested. Also the patio was so dim I could barely read the menu. We noticed that every table, but ours, had the small tea light but ours. While the food was great the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming."

"In town from Pittsburgh and saw their menu online. My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday. The staff is so welcoming and Laura was the best server. Being in the industry I can tell when someone enjoys what they do, and she definitely does. She was so helpful and her recommendations were spot on. Their food was out of this world. My Cuban was one of the best I’ve had in any city. This place is a must see if you are in Cleveland!!"

"We were celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday. The table was too small for the six of us; I was constantly having to rearrange dirty plates to make room for us. Server was very polite but inattentive. We had to ask for water multiple times, when he could have brought us a carafe (if they have them). I had to ask for clean utensils. Restaurant tables were packed together and restaurant was loud. We have had better experiences here."

"I always have a great experience at this Denny's. In fact, I always look forward to visiting this particular location. We decided to have lunch here to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. He received a free meal and a special birthday shake, which he really enjoyed. "We surprised my dad for his 66th birthday. As soon as we walked in, they knew exactly who we were. He was greeted with a birthday card from the staff and we were seated by the window. Everyone knew it was “Ron’s birthday”. He was smiling from ear to ear! They knew people’s allergies and had menus ready. We ordered the Wollensky salad (it was divine), scallops, Wagyu filet mignon and bone-in NY strip. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. At the very end, my dad was surprised with a giant chocolate cake (his dream cake). The service was incredible, food was incredible, view was incredible, and most importantly, they made my dad feel so special. We had the best time. Absolutely recommend!!"

"we arrived at 5:10 and ordered our drinks and food. the chef, david stone, came to our table and apologized and told us that it fired the herd and it took an additional 10 minutes to serve us. we don't mind. we ordered a **** mary and a chardonnay and were not in a hurry. mr. stone personally served our dinner and it was great. it was worth waiting. After my wife and our meal ended, mr. stone came back to our table and asked us if we enjoyed our eating, we told him that this is great and we appreciate him coming to our table and asking. this was the first time that someone came out of the kitchen and asked us if we enjoyed the service. I gave our waitress a generous tip, but I also gave the chef dave stone and also generous tip. Guys, go on!"

"Server was great! Been going here for about four years. I will say the food has tasted different since the last two times. The pesto, tomato and cheese apps, the bread was way too soft and didn’t hold up well. As the bread itself seems to be different. The coconut cake dessert they are always out of the cookie that comes with it. Also the sauce tasted like sour. Didn’t even eat it. "This was our 4th time at Embers! We chose this place because we have always had such a good experience there. We came with two dear friends of ours whom we had not seen in quite sometime. The ambiance was good giving us an opportunity to catch up. It would have been great had the table next to us not been so loud. The spring rolls and sushi , the salads and the desserts were amazing. The entrees were really disappointing. My husband had the pork chop and I had the filet. It seemed that neither of the meats had been properly seasoned so there was little to no flavor. My filet was quite chewy and dry to the point I left most of it on the plate. The presentation of the filet left much to be desired. However,the highlight of our dinner was our server Penelope. She was efficient, informative and attentive. She was an absolute delight! For $100+ per person, our expectations of the meal were not met. If we have an opportunity to come again, we'll stick to appetizers and salads and forgo the entree!"
