"We were eagerly anticipating our dining experience at the restaurant. The ambiance was pleasant. However, our server, "Ken", provided incredibly poor service. He neglected to ask if we needed water, another drink, dessert, etc. He also failed to bring the condiments we had requested multiple times. His service was truly terrible and did not meet our expectations. Despite having reservations for the following night, we decided to cancel them due to the disappointing service we received. We have no intention of returning to this restaurant."
