"I recently tried a vegan ramen, and while it was good, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The yuzu in the broth added a nice sweetness, but it lacked the traditional ingredients you might expect, such as garlic, green onions, tofu, or bok choy. Instead, it featured a pleasant mix of fresh vegetables like carrots, radishes, romanesco, and even okra, which was a bit surprising. It was tasty for sure and technically ramen, but if you're craving classic flavors, you might want to look elsewhere. On the bright side, the vegan dumplings were absolutely delicious and just what I had hoped for."
