"However, there's one dish that I believe could save the restaurant. If this dish were the only offering, I think they could still thrive. That dish is the mool-hwe, and it is absolutely incredible. It's perfectly seasoned, with great noodles, and the vegetables complement the fresh ingredients nicely. My only complaint is that the amount of fish seems insufficient. If they could add about 30-50% more fish, it would be perfect. They used to provide more, but in my last two visits, I only received around ten pieces, which just isn't enough.
I will definitely return to the restaurant for the mool-hwe, but I strongly urge them to address the rice issue with their sushi; it really detracts from the overall experience."
