"We waited over an hour for our quesadilla, which was frustrating. We were given a number placard to display clearly between me and my dining companion. However, when I checked with the staff at the counter, I learned they had called out a quesadilla 15-20 minutes earlier. Since we were seated at a very loud bar, we were unaware that we needed to listen for announcements about the food; we thought the number was for them to track our order. The purpose of the number placard seemed unclear. I paid over $18, plus a $4 tip, for a very small quesadilla made with corn tortillas. While I definitely plan to return to the bar because the bartender was excellent, I won’t be ordering food again."
