"I just had lunch, and it didn't meet my expectations. Right from the beginning, the server assumed we understood the menu items, but the only menu we received was a simple paper printout without any descriptions. We ordered a burger with mayonnaise and specifically requested no onions or pickles. When it arrived, it had both onions and pickles, and there was no mayonnaise at all. I also ordered a margarita flatbread, which looked more like a plain flatbread pizza you’d find in a box. To top it off, the cups on the table still had lip marks from the previous customers. It’s such a beautiful hotel, so it’s disappointing to find a restaurant like this inside."
