"Went to this buffet while staying at the hotel with my family. The server brought a receipt that counted my kid as an adult. I was waiting to receive a new one for 15 minutes until Jacqueline Zaragoza, the supervisor, came to our table. But she rudely started asking our kids how old they are as if interrogating and even though she knew the server had made a mistake, she never apologized. I told her, I thought you would at least say sorry , but she didn 't. I asked her to bring her boss, Mariko Yao. She kindly offered me a free meal the next morning during the stay, but I politely declined her offer and paid for everything. I truly hope that they will care about customer satisfaction in a more professional manner."
