"Not going to order here ever again. My spring roll was ripped open and spilling out. The kids pho arrived with zero veggies and toppings though I deliberately did NOT opt out of them. The meatballs in the pho were completely bland aside from being weirdly sweet and had distressingly large chunks of solid gristle throughout. Much the same could be said if the pho broth aside from the gristle. The bahn mi were quite tasty though the baguette was unfortunately rather stale and leathery crust was a bit of a chore to get through."

"I placed an online order for a vegan broth with tofu and a chicken pho. When I returned home, I discovered that I received a pho that wasn't chicken—I'm not even sure what it was—and a side of beef broth with beef. There was no vegan pho broth at all. As a result, one of us was left without dinner, and the other doesn't want to eat the so-called chicken pho since it isn't chicken. Now that you're closed, we're left without a meal. This is the second time our online order has been wrong, and we won't be ordering from this location again. What a waste of $50! We’ve had great experiences at other locations, so this is a huge letdown."
