"our pasta sauces were bland, underseasoned and with inadequate crimp (no? pasta was fresh (in contrast to dried, but perhaps not that day; one was too chewing, the other was crispy at the top tips above the sauce. the brot was dry, and no olive oil or balsamikum was offered automatically (auge was provided when asked. no freshly ground black pfeffer was also offered. the restaurant was full and lively (we suspect, typical for a Friday night.) the decor is good what we suspect, attracts the young amount, but the implication is that the diners take care of the ambiente more than they do about the eating, and do not care about the latter (or perhaps not, do not know how good Italian cuisine should taste, which is disappointingly popular in view of the great italian-American population. this is the second time that we visited posa; the first was a Friday lunch break. we found the same critikens over the dry brot, which is offered neither olive oil, nor balsamikum, nor freshly ground black pfeffer. Although the main dining room is attractive, eating does not live up to an acceptable standard, and I don't think we will visit again to see if it could be 3 times happy."
