"we arrived a little early for our reservation and were sitting immediately. then we waited more than 20 minutes until the first worker approached us and offered water. we ordered after about half an hour. then we waited more than an hour for our appetizers (sacre.) we just wanted to leave when they came out. then we had to wait half an hour. our server apologised, but something was definitiw wrong in the kitchen. we noticed other tables that have also waited a long time while some who came after us got their food faster. the manager came a series of times, but ignored our table completely. during the Covid lockup we ordered almost every week the delivery from this restaurant. this experience has destroyed our trust in this restaurant, and I doubt that we will ever return or order again. concerning eating, the spigola was excellent and the haw was tasteless. the veggies were as hard as they didn't cook."
