"The restaurant is a lovely and tidy spot, with staff that are both attentive and friendly. The Hot and Sour Soup was exceptional, and I really enjoyed the crispy fried wonton strips that came with it—definitely the best I’ve ever had. The Kung Pao Shrimp was also very good, beautifully presented with a delicious sauce and nicely diced vegetables. I truly appreciate when chefs take the time to chop the vegetables instead of leaving them in large pieces; I’m paying them to do that, after all! I couldn’t resist trying the famous Springfield Cashew Chicken. It was quite tasty, but I think I'll explore other options on my next visit. The egg roll was decent, but nothing to get excited about. There are so many amazing dishes on the menu, and I’m eager to try more when I come back!"
