"This is by far the most authentic Thai boat noodle restaurant I've ever been to in North America! Both Cat and I, who practically lived on pig and rib boat noodle soup while in Thailand, were blown away by the deliciousness of the noodles here. We ordered both the pork and rib boat noodles, and even the pork and rib balls were different from the usual offerings at Thai restaurants in North America. The spice level was also wonderfully strong, just like in Bangkok! Who would have thought that a small "coffee shop" could serve such incredible Thai boat noodle soup?"
