"I ordered a rainbow roll mango sticky rice last night, it was perfect. Ordered three rolls that were a total joke tipped big got ripped off. Can?t help but be MORE than frustrated with this. I absolutely feel ripped off. I paid WAY too much for what I got I said DO NOT PUT GINGER ON ANY OFF THE PLATES, I?m allergic to it. And, they put it on every plate. Just so frustrated. I know not even worth bothering calling to complain, they don?t care. But, had to express my frustration somehow. You can see this difference in the pictures. Just wow! So mad!!"

"I would say this restaurant is just average. It's not terrible, but I've definitely had much better sushi for a similar price elsewhere. It seems like the low standards for sushi in this area allow this place to meet the expectations of its regular customers. The sushi was decent, but it had a slightly unpleasant aftertaste, reminiscent of an ashtray. The first time I visited, I didn’t really enjoy the food, but I happened to be nearby. I was on my way to the gym and entered the address without realizing it was a place I had previously visited and disliked."

"Food was not good tbh. I was heading to Panda Express, but then decided I wanted to support local/small business, but I should’ve went with panda lol. U get there and u order from a takeout window. It was my first time there and the menu was confusing, I couldn’t figure out the combo plates. I asked, and the man was dismissive and just pointed to the menu. So I end up ordering this plate with kunpao chicken with a side of rice. Fried rice was ok. I’ve had better. The kunpao chicken wasn’t at all good. Big chunks of vegetable, hardly any pieces of chicken. And it was watery for some reason. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"This restaurant is a true classic. The Chinese food is authentic, the service is incredibly friendly, and the prices are fantastic. The decor is beautiful as well, featuring a fish tank and a soothing red and gold color scheme. If you're in the mood for Chinese cuisine, be sure to check it out!"

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! Having it just a few doors down from my workplace is incredibly convenient. The staff is fantastic, and the food is much better than most Chinese restaurants in the Falls Church/Fairfax area, which is surprising given the plethora of Asian dining options available nearby. I appreciate that they have both Chinese and Japanese menus, allowing for a great mix-and-match experience. Plus, their online ordering system is very convenient, and they always have the food ready on time!"

"After the all-you-can-eat sushi and Thai restaurants near me closed down, I was pretty disappointed. However, I later realized that I had been overlooking a hidden gem right in my own neighborhood..."

"I was enjoying my lo mein when I discovered a bug on my plate. I was horrified and almost felt nauseous. Even before that, the food was pretty bland and lacked flavor. Unless you're a fan of unexpected extras, I wouldn't recommend dining here."

"1. **Flavor**: I ordered the Mongolian Beef lunch special, and the flavors were outstanding. The beef was incredibly tender and the portion size was generous. It came with steamed rice, an egg roll, and hot and sour soup, which was also full of flavor. I was thoroughly impressed with the meal and can’t wait to try more dishes from their menu. 2. **Speed**: Lu House is perfect for a quick lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to find I could be in and out in just half an hour. My soup arrived almost immediately after I ordered, and my main dish was served up before I even finished the soup. The staff was attentive, and the kitchen operated with impressive speed. They even recognized that I was a newcomer, greeted me warmly, and helped me navigate the lunch menu. 3. **Price**: I appreciate their efforts to keep prices reasonable. The value for the quality of the meal was excellent. The restaurant is also clean, with all the tables well-kept, and they provide linen napkins—quite a nice touch in today’s dining scene! I definitely plan to return and explore more of their menu, as Lu House is a great find for anyone seeking delicious food without the need for extravagant surroundings."

"The menu features classic Chinese cuisine, though it lacks specific Cantonese dishes. A more fitting name might be Hunan Pearl. I had been eager to try some beef chow fun, but unfortunately, it wasn't on the menu. Despite that, the flavors were spot on, and the portions were very generous. We ordered house combination lo mein, Singapore rice noodles, hot and sour soup, wonton soup, and mu shu pork with four pancakes. The combination lo mein was excellent, with tender pork, chicken, and beef. The noodles were cooked perfectly—not too soft—and the seasoning was just right, not overly salty. The kids really enjoyed it, and there was enough to easily feed one adult and two kids. The Singapore rice noodles and mu shu pork were also hearty with plenty of protein and tasted great. The pancakes served with the mu shu pork resembled flour tortillas, which was an interesting twist. While there’s no table service, the staff were more than willing to provide plates, napkins, and utensils for you to serve yourself if you dine in. Overall, the staff was courteous and polite, making our experience enjoyable."

"a) Tofu Pad Thai: it was delicious and perfectly savory; every component was top-notch. b) Chicken Panang Curry: also excellent! I enjoyed the crinkle-cut carrots, and the broccoli was a refreshing addition. c) Tom Kha soup (with beef): this was fantastic as well. I ordered it at three stars on the spiciness scale out of five, and it was just right. I often cook both the Pad Thai and Curry at home, and I've tried them at many different restaurants, but this place is truly a gem. Despite being 30 minutes away, it will definitely become my go-to spot. You can really taste the quality of fresh home cooking, and I highly recommend it for takeout! Cheers!"

"The prices at this restaurant don't reflect the quality or quantity of the food served. For a $14 Mongolian beef dish, one would expect a substantial amount of beef. However, the container was mostly filled with sauce and onions, with only a sparse amount of beef mixed in. Searching for the meat felt like an ordeal, as I had to sift through an overwhelming amount of chopped onion. It's just not acceptable to charge such high prices and serve such meager portions. Additionally, the flavor did not live up to the price tag. The other items were average at best. Overall, I ended up spending nearly $50 for a beef dish, an appetizer, lo mein, and fried rice—definitely not worth it. I won't be returning."

"The menu selection is quite limited, and although they claim to offer delivery on their website, that isn't the case. On a positive note, the sweet and sour chicken is fantastic, along with other dishes. As for parking, it's a matter of luck to find a suitable spot at the right time. I ordered takeout for dinner."
