"I saw a lot of great reviews, so I was looking forward to my visit. However, while waiting at the front door for assistance, I noticed a Chinese waitress moving dirty dishes around and setting up a table without bothering to clean the tea cups from the previous customers. It seems that what you don't see doesn't hurt, right? I couldn't stay after witnessing that and ended up walking out. I wish I had recorded it because it would have made for a very unfavorable video—one that could have easily ended up on the morning news. My family and I saw that and decided to leave. Please make sure to check your tea cup!"

"Worst service ever. I call to place an orden for pick up they estimated 45 minutes for the pick up. The call me and call me when would I be here to pick up when it barely passed 20 minutes I said I will be there on 10 minutes I arrive to pick up my order just to find out they had it deliver to my house and no one was at my house! The person taking the orders asked me if I still want. It my food and I said yes since it was for my kids he said driver would go back to your home. 2 minutes before arriving to my home I receive a call from restaurant saying if I want it my food I need it to go pick it up because driver wasn’t going to drop it off. I told the person what he meant because I had just left his restaurant 8 minutes ago and they inform me he would drop it off.. I said I would add a bad review and he said do whatever you want goodbye!"

"I was disappointed with my experience today when I ordered pad Thai noodles. The staff didn't ask if I wanted it spicy, and I really enjoy spicy food. To be honest, I hesitated to place my order because the person taking it seemed a bit unfriendly and disinterested. While the food arrived promptly, which is usually the case, I feel that the service could definitely use some improvement."

"we have the chicken curry, pad thai and pad kee moa. we love thai and are unfortunately disappointed in the rule of restaurants. that wasn't my whole top, but it was a little two, and that could be because I need my top to be in my hometown. the photos in other reviews were nothing like what we received. the noodles were not dry and were delicious."

"We 've been ordering food from here regularly. My kids usually like the tempura shrimp, and I love the big bite #1 and #5. We 've ordered probably at least 15-18 times in the last 2 yrs. The last few orders, something has been up with the salmon sashimi, it 's not been that great, or maybe borderline fishy. Yesterday, though, it was frankly spoiled. It was just terrible. I feel so bad that my kids stopped eating it, and I 'd be reminding them to eat your salmon , but had no idea how bad it was. I am sad to say, that yesterday will be our last order with this business. They should always ENSURE that all their fish our fresh edible and ultimately SAFE to eat."

"I am truly heartbroken to learn that this incredible restaurant has closed its doors for good. I have many fond memories of growing up there and enjoying the delicious and authentic food cooked by the chef. He had a special bond with my late father, and I know he would be just as saddened by this news as I am. I send my well wishes to your parents and ask that you convey to them how much we will miss them, especially your father who always greeted us warmly and inquired about our well-being. He even teased my brother about becoming a famous boxer one day! I wish them all the best and hope to see them again someday."

"Absolutely delicious! We used to visit Thai Noodle II on Telegraph often and were quite upset when it closed; however, I'm glad to say their dishes continue to thrive here, and they might even be more flavorful than before! We always order the duck fried rice, pad see ew, and massaman curry. Recently, we also tried the roti appetizer and khao soi, both of which were fantastic! You really can't go wrong at this place!"

"I eat at this establishment at least once a week and order the same dish. The service is impeccable and the staff is always friendly- and usually the food is perfect. However, while eating my combination fried rice this evening, that I just purchased20 minutes before this post, that is what I found. It is a dead insect, possibly a fly or something in the fly family. I?ve nothad a complaint about this restaurant for over 2 years of dining, and I understand everyone has a bad day- just wish that badday didn?t end up in my food. "The crab rangoons had zero crab and were salted way too heavily. They should rename that menu item, cream cheese and salt rangoons. One of the entrees I got with my plate was the beef bbq ribs; The meat tasted like the inside of a dirty fridge and it had a suspicious sweet/fishy(? flavor. I suspect that the uncooked rib meat had been left uncovered in their cooler which is a food safety concern. Unfortunately for me, the bbq ribs and crab rangoons were the first things I tried and they were bad enough to stop me from eating the rest of my meal. We fed 4 people and nobody enjoyed the food. The portions are huge but that isnt why we had a ton of food leftover. The leftovers sadly ended up in the trash because nobody will eat them. I was going to leave 2 stars because of the serving size but after seeing all of this food go to waste, why bother giving huge servings of horrible food? I would have rather had a tiny edible meal. We ate here around a year ago and the quality of food was much better. After yesterdays experience, I dont think we will be ordering from here again."

"The service is usually very fast, which is great. I don’t think we’ve ever waited more than 20 minutes, even during busy times. The new online ordering system is a nice addition. The food rarely lets us down, and it’s wonderful to have a nearby place that consistently delivers quality. I've only had one occasion where the food was just okay—my sweet and sour chicken was quite dry, but given that I've been dining here for 15 years, I wouldn’t call that a significant issue."
