"On the positive side, the beef tacos and elote were good. However, the sweetened hibiscus tea was bitter, and when I asked for sugar, I was given Equal and informed they didn't have regular sugar. What’s the deal with that? The dinner experience felt underwhelming to both me and my guest—until we tried the pollo poblano taco, which we wished we had ordered more of. The flan, however, was perfect for sharing, as it would have been too much for just one person.
In the end, our meal cost over $100, which could have been better spent on just the chicken tacos and a Coke. As a Louisiana resident, we enjoy our tea sweetened, and if you're not planning to serve it that way, you really should keep sugar on hand for those of us who know how to sweeten it! I’m giving this place 3 stars, solely for the chicken tacos and the flan."
