"If you can't reach the credit card machine they won't bother to help you. They have it sealed in their window can't bring it closer to you won't touch your cards. I could not reach the machine no one would help me. Employees advice was to back down in the drive thru try to get closer to the window. Which i couldn't b/c cars behind me. I was already pretty close but still couldn't reach it. After going back forth i felt pretty humilated so i just drove off and went to Starbucks where i had no issues.I did call and speak with the manager who just kept defending his employees and reiterating policy which wasn't helpful to me. I'm not the bad guy bc I couldn't reach the credit card machine. I'm a dedicated customer who was treated careless. I made time to stop to have breakfast here. I could go anywhere but I chose Einstein Bagels.I also filed my complaint on their website but I never heard back from anyone"
