"Everything was great except our server. I do not believe he was attentive. My husband had to remind him three times to bring him a cup of ice for his coke. Then when our food was brought to the table, my husband’s side was incorrect. He didn’t come over to make sure everything was fine until about minutes later. I had to ask the hostess and she changed out the side for my husband in less than two minutes. Dwight, our server finally came to check on us after we were literally bites from finishing our food. He was very attentive with the table across from us but barely gave us the time. But when we asked for the check, all of a sudden he’s standing right there wanting to make conversation. Not a great experience at all. Even while picking up our dinner plates, he lets the silverware fall in he plate which could have caused the pasta sauce to spill on me. I would go back, but I’d definitely make sure he’s not our server"

"I was in town on business a couple months ago and just couldn 't stomach the idea of another hotel breakfast. I asked around and literally every person suggested going to Roasters 'n Toasters. It was a bit of a drive, but parking was easy and convenient. The staff were delightful--the kind of endearing courtesy and service you 'd get in a country diner, the wit and vibe of a New York deli, and a professional charm about them. Inside was clean, had a sort of classic deli combined with rustic dining atmosphere about it. Tables were spaced appropriately, seating was comfortable... zero things to complain about here. Ordering was a snap. I went for the standard 2-2-2 breakfast. It was a pretty basic order, and there were so many things on the menu calling to me, but I don 't regret going vanilla one bit. It was one of the best breakfasts I 've ever had. I was hanging out for a bit and the service never once fell below an exceptional standard. My server was always refilling coffee and water, and when she stepped out, someone else was right there on the same predictable routine. Love that teamwork! At one point, it was actually one of the owners who came and checked on me (and naturally we chatted for a bit--lovely people! . My visit was a couple months ago, and I 've heard they 've remodeled inside this location and a few others. I also noticed they have a new online ordering website and app, so I can 't wait to order in advance next time I 'm in town. RnT is definitely on my short-list of 'If I 'm in the area I have to go there ' breakfast spots. Try it and I 'm sure it 'll become one of yours, too!"

"The food here is amazing and the service is even better. Warm, friendly, very attentive, and very proactive as well. Met basically every need I had before I had a chance to ask for it. The bread here is amazing. The bagels are absolutely delicious, probably better than anywhere else you can get them in 100 miles and the bread they use for their food is incredible. I honestly believe their sandwiches/burgers might be better than other competitors with how amazingly their bread compliments the rest of the food. A lot of these flavor combinations are absolutely unbelievable(I had the Chicken Sandwich, ate many breakfast items, and tasted the Salmon Burger). 10/10. Has quickly become one of my most favorite restaurants."

"I've been a regular at Bogart's for years, ever since they were in their smaller location, and I've consistently received excellent service. Some of the staff have been there for years, making it feel like a family. Aside from the fantastic service, I absolutely love the food, which is my go-to comfort food. As a vegetarian, they are always accommodating with my dietary preferences. Overall, I’d rate the service as outstanding and the atmosphere as a perfect 5."

"The food at this restaurant is average and the service is extremely poor. Not only did I receive mediocre table service, but when I went to pay at the register, I was left waiting while two employees chatted amongst themselves. When one of them finally took my bill, she didn't even acknowledge me and then took my credit card without looking at me. As I was leaving with my mother in a wheelchair, the same employees were still chatting near the front door, with one briefly glancing at us but making no attempt to assist. Their behavior was very rude and inconsiderate. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place."

"We were really looking forward to our visit. We ordered a straightforward meal: scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon for both of us. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon, and the eggs didn’t have any cheese. When we pointed this out, they offered to either take my eggs back to add cheese to the already cold eggs or bring out cold cheese to sprinkle on top. I politely asked the waiter if he had ever reheated scrambled eggs, as that didn’t sound very appealing. He then took my eggs back and brought me a fresh portion, but my husband's eggs remained the same. I told him that was fine, and we would just share. By then, everything had gone cold. However, I appreciated that they only charged us for one meal."

"I visited today during the lunch rush and was a bit pressed for time, but I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The food arrived quickly, and the service was excellent. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich along with a cucumber salad. I really appreciated how they prepared the salad, chopping the ingredients finely and removing the seeds from the tomatoes and cucumbers. This approach prevents excess liquid that often occurs with traditional slicing or larger chunks. I definitely plan to return to Grouchy's many more times in the future."

"I ordered the steak and egg breakfast, requesting my steak to be cooked medium well. However, when it arrived, the steak was well done instead. I decided to call the restaurant to inform them about the issue, as I really prefer my steak cooked differently. While speaking with the manager, she confidently stated that she had personally checked the cooking and insisted that it was cooked to perfection. I found her comment quite frustrating because it didn't match my experience. I believe honesty is important in customer service, and her response felt dismissive. I was quite displeased with how I was treated. For reference, I have included a photo of a properly cooked steak. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again—not because the food was bad or overcooked, but due to the manager's unnecessary and uncalled-for comment."

"This place is #1. Honestly. It couldn't have chosen a better name, cause it has the best griddle in Boca. Period. I legit get the All American Breakfast atleast twice a week. It's worth every penny, and they have always taken care of me since the first time ordered which I notice things like that. Like the meal consists of 2 sunny side up eggs, 2 strips of bacon w/hashbrowns a choice of white or wheat toast. But say that the bacon strips are thin or something they have always generally given me an extra half or even full piece which like I said I notice things like that. I cannot recommend this place enough which is why u will see a ton of reviews from me specifically about this meal cause it's really my go to fill up my stomach hearty breakfast and for basically a dollar and change more then what u spend at any fast food place anyway. This place is , I mean straight . Don't sleep on this place, I guarantee it's ur loss if you do"

"However, I did have a couple of reservations: I expected a bit more meat for the $13.50 price tag. Given that amount, I thought the sandwich would be more generously piled. Perhaps I've been influenced by watching too many Food Network shows that feature towering pastrami sandwiches. Just a heads up, they only offer bottled drinks, not fountain beverages, and the place is quite small. On a positive note, the staff seemed friendly and welcoming."

"This was a return visit for us on a Saturday at lunchtime. We had been here just a few months before and really enjoyed our meal. What a disappointment! They have switched over to a Saturday brunch menu in the afternoon. If you wanted to select something from the regular lunch menu at 1:00, you were out of luck. We didn’t want to go hunting for another place to eat, so everyone in our party of four agreed to order from the brunch menu. Our meals were delivered one at a time with only one server who was host, waiter, and server, we wondered if he was back in the kitchen doing the cooking too! When I asked for a bit of cheese on my scrambled eggs he said sure, we can do that, but when the order arrived, no cheese. I ordered challah toast, it arrived regular toast. To be fair, the others in our party were very happy with their meals that were served as ordered. Now that we know they only do brunch on a Saturday afternoon, if we are craving a sandwich we’ll go somewhere else. The food was good and fresh but the service was so so. I’m not inclined to recommend this restaurant."

"Excellent! I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, and it came with a generous portion of meat. They didn't skimp on the cheese either, and when I added bacon, they gave me more than just one strip. The bread was fresh and soft, and they grilled it without me even asking. The locals really love this spot. Everyone in our group raved about the soup (though I didn’t try it) and the chicken was a big hit as well. It looks like they also have a full-sized deli with a variety of sliced meats. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Made reservations for Valentine's Day. Arrived a little early to find a line going out the door. They were running about half an hour behind with seating. While the hostess was very kind and apologetic, the owner tried to give us the table closest to the door that a large group of people were looming over, and when we said we'd prefer to wait for the next available table since we'd already waited for like minutes at that point, and the ownermanager got very visibly annoyed with us. Not a single person waiting behind us wanted the table either. The entire staff was running around in obvious distress as if they didn't know it was Valentine's Day on a Friday and were completely shocked at the crowd. When we were finally seated, they were out of almost everything we tried to order. We eventually made a selection and, after quite a while, our food came out with none of the sides that we ordered. Surprise! They were out of everything except potatoes and green beans. The substitutions were made without checking with us first. My dish was lukewarm at best. The server did his best with a very bad situation, but there was no discount for the long wait, the rudeness or the substitutions or the cold food. Won't be going back"
