"Autumn delivered an outstanding experience during my visit. She was both friendly and patient, making sure that new customers understood the yogurt ordering process. Upon arrival, she greeted everyone warmly and offered a friendly farewell as they departed. The restaurant itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. They provided free Wi-Fi and thorough allergen information for all of their yogurt options, including gluten-free, nonfat, and ice cream products. Autumn also took the time to point out the extensive selection of sauces when I nearly overlooked them. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained as well. However, what truly set this place apart was Autumn’s exceptional customer service skills."
