"When I called to share my concerns, I was told there are no refunds and that the owner has a strict policy of only allowing three pickles and not providing extra onions or condiments. I wasn't asking for a refund; I just wanted to inform them about the cooking issue. It’s hard to believe that an owner wouldn't allow a few extra pickles, considering they're low-cost, and it seems more customers would ask for extra rather than none at all. Additionally, I ordered a barbecue sandwich, but it came with no barbecue sauce.
I had hoped this little place would be good, but after this experience—my second visit, which was slightly better than the first—I seriously doubt I will be coming back."
