"Upon being seated by the hostess, we were greeted with silence and no welcoming gestures. She simply handed us the menus and pointed to our table. Our waitress, Jennifer, neglected us for the first 12 minutes, displayed unfriendliness, and rushed us to place our orders. Surprisingly, there were no complimentary chips and salsa provided, which is unusual for a Mexican restaurant. To make matters worse, our food arrived cold, with the meat being only slightly warm and the beans, rice, and plate itself being ice-cold and inedible. The burrito was disappointingly small, with very little filling. The Carne Asada meal was severely undercooked. Our server did not return to check on our meal or refill our drinks, adding to the overall disappointment of our dining experience. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we would not recommend this restaurant and have no intentions of returning."
