"I am only giving these stars for the friendly staff. The pho had a weak flavor, and the meat seemed old with half of the pieces containing fat. I had to order extra noodles because the portion was not enough to satisfy me. I did like the idea of a self-service bar, but it would be a better experience if they provided a small bowl with condiments like crumbs, sprouts, lime, and jalapeno. The matcha drink was good. I will return soon to see if there are improvements as I want to ensure I give a fair review."
