"Since many frozen yogurt shops have closed since Covid, it's great to still have a place like this to visit. However, the service is a bit of a downside—mostly because it’s run by kids, which costs them a star. It's self-serve, but when it comes time to pay, the kids behind the counter often don’t know how to prioritize customers, especially when someone has melting yogurt in hand. Instead, they get caught up answering endless questions from people who don’t even seem ready to order. They should consider checking out customers first and asking those with questions to wait, especially when the line is getting backed up."
