"Surprisingly..... it's a great hotel!! This was the first time I stayed anywhere near Fremont St, was kind of apprehensive at first due to the high number of homeless, seedy looking people, weed and **** stench everywhere, and ANNOYING street performers. But.... the hotel provided a sanctuary from all of that. Front desk: very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable employees. Casino floor: loud, smoky, party atmosphere WITHOUT THE SNOBBY ATTITUDE you find at most of the Strip hotels. Very loose slot machines. Small gaming area, but it's more than adequate if you prefer more intimate spaces. McDonald's right in the lobby, HUGE PLUS!! Fremont St: seedy, stench of urine and weed everywhere, but they have GREAT drinks and possibly some of the most affordable prices in Vegas. I really loved the loud, party atmosphere. Although one huge negative thing about Fremont St is the constant ACDC music!! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE ACDC, but damn!! It's every other song on their playlist.... D Hotel rooms: very clean, somewhat updated, immaculate bathroom. Very comfortable bed. However, there's lots of noise coming from Fremont St, even in the upper floors. Best thing is the very affordable prices. I also loved all the great restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I'm definitely staying here again! And going to try out all the other Fremont St hotels, it's a different party atmosphere than the Strip hotels."
