"I ordered two tequila cocktails and a spicy pear vodka drink, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. Our waitress was fantastic, knowing just when to check on us. The food was delicious as well—spicy chicken, nachos, and artichokes were all excellent choices, perfect for sharing with friends over drinks. The atmosphere was great, although it might have been a bit too dark; then again, that could be intentional for the type of bar it is."

"positiw, our waitress was really nice, eating was very good. con bar service was terrible. it took 15 minutes to get our cocktails, and the explanation was that they run low on the glasses. I've never heard that before. then we ordered a bottle of wine with our escapes. Surprisingly, the glasses came away immediately, but lasted 20 minutes to get the bottle. we were almost done when it finally came."

"I had a long day at work and decided to treat myself to a nice dinner with a girlfriend and this was the perfect place! We were lucky to snag a reservation at the last minute and everything worked out perfectly. We were originally sitting inside, but decided to sit on the patio and it was great! They have heaters and it’s a lot quieter, inside you have to yell it’s so loud. Our server Shawn was absolutely fantastic! He made good recommendations, he anticipated our needs so we really didn’t have to ask for anything. The Escargot and Tortellini was was full of flavor, the Crab Cakes were a great addition to start with. We tried the managers special which was Red Snapper with ravioli. And we chose one classic the Chilean Sea Bass. The sea bass was for sure the favorite and the lobster risotto is to die for! I will order a side of that next time because I couldn’t get enough of it. The sides were decent but nothing to rave about. The mashed potatoes were pretty bland and the lobster macaroni cheese was underwhelming in my personal opinion. For dessert we had the Grand Mariner Crème Brûlée, and the Bourbon Spiked Chocolate Bread Pudding. The bread pudding was my personal fave. Overall, left full and happy. I can’t wait to come back and try their brunch! Update 1/2/2022: I finally tried their brunch and it’s amazing! They bring complimentary assorted cakes and breads to start with, my personal fave was the coffee cake. For starters we had the crab cake and calamari, both were a hit! For my entree I went with the Crawfish Etouffee Benedict and y’all, omg!! It was FANTASTIC!! "

"I have ordered delivery twice from this place. Both times the food came well packed and without any spills. I also wasn't missing any items. The first time i ordered a shrimp egg roll, wonton egg drop soup, three regular roll special, general tso's chicken combo dinner and orange chicken combo dinner. The shrimp egg roll is absolutely delicious. I would order that over and over again. The wonton egg drop soup is not that great. I wouldn't order it again. The wonton's themselves are really thick. For the rolls i ordered the crunchy spicy kani roll, the spicy crunch shrimp and the shrimp tempura roll. All three were absolutely delicious and filling. Both the general tso's and orange chicken had great flavor but by the time it arrived, it wasn't crispy anymore. I tried to recrisp it in the toaster oven and that didn't work. The second time i ordered fried dumplings, the grasshopper roll, kai roll, shrimp tempura roll, sweetheart roll and stir fried udon with beef. The fried dumplings tasted exactly like the wonton's i had in my soup during my first order. The dumpling skin was too thick and the beef looked and tasted the exact same way as the wontons. I wasn't crazy about them. The grasshopper roll i would order every single time, it was lobster salad, crab meat, shrimp, mango, avocado, asparagus, lettuce wrap, rice paper with avocado and caviar in yuzu wasabi sauce. The lettuce did get a little wilted during transit but it didnt impact the flavor at all. Very delish. The kai roll has spicy tuna, avocado and shrimp tempura inside a green soy paper. The outside has lobster salad and caviar. Another roll that i would order again. Very Very good. My husband ordered the sweet heart roll which was really pretty. Inside it has crab meat, cucumber, avocado, spicy tuna and crunchh wrapped in a pink rice paper topped with raw fresh tuna. I tried it and the tuna was very fresh. This roll is absolutely delicious but should only be ordered if your into raw fish. You can definitely taste it. Lastly, the beef udon. The sauce was very light BUT the flavor was there 100 percent. So delicous, so filling, so flavorful. I think we will certainly be ordering this specific dish again soon. It was that good. Overall we were so much happier with our second order from here. I think going forward we will continue to try different rolls and dishes from the stir fry section. I will absolutely continue to order from this place. i highly recommend it."

"My family and I dined at this restaurant for the first time last night to celebrate our anniversary with our children. We had made a reservation and requested a table by the window with a view, which was absolutely stunning. It took a little longer for us to get to our table as my husband is currently on crutches, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our waitress was amazing - she was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, although the filet mignon was cooked a bit more than we would have preferred. Next time, we will request for it to not be cut open. The sirloin was excellent and the lobster was heavenly. The dessert was a highlight, as our waitress kindly provided us with sharing spoons so we could taste all three options we ordered. While the restaurant may be on the pricey side, it is definitely worth it for a special occasion."

"As usual, Trattoria Romana South was a wonderful experience. The food is always very good, though I was a bit disappointed that they had run out of lobster for the Veal Aragosta. They did offer a shrimp substitute, but I went with another veal dish instead…. Very good, but not exactly what I’d wanted. Oh well…. A reason to return! Our waitress was outstanding and truly made our night. Busy night but we were treated well and checked on often. She was very pleasant and so knowledgeable about the food offerings. Another great reason to have Trattoria as that special night restaurant"

"Being brought up Italian you have come to expect certain things when it comes to Italian cuisine (using the proper ingredients and preparing it properly). As a human who has eaten all of of one's life you also come to expect basic tenets of eating (should be edible). Unfortunately, Pane e Vino did not impress on the Italian side and failed miserably on the basics. The salad should not be swimming in dressing and the pasta should not be so hot as to be dangerous to eat. This is not an exaggeration I burned my throat eating my gnocchi and brought it home in order to eat it. It all my years eating fresh gnocchi from my grandmother and mother (me as well), or eating out have I ever had to wait for my sauce to reach safe eating temperatures. NEVER. My wife even tried it (about 10 minutes after it was served) and could not eat it. If it was not for our waitress, this would have been 1 star."

"We dined here on Valentines Day. Purposely made an early reservation to avoid possible crowd. We were seated immediately and order taken. Food was very good (a little disappointed it was a special limited menu). The service was very good, but a little too good. By this I mean I felt rushed. Our cocktail, bread basket and appetizer arrived all together and immediately followed quickly by our entree. I slowed down my eating, but I felt waiter hovering. When waiter came for dessert order I asked if we could wait until we finish our bottle of wine. Two minutes later the manager came by and asked if he could take our dessert order. We placed order but again asked if we could finish our wine first. Dessert came a few minutes later and since mine had ice cream I had to stop drinking wine and eat dessert. It was a great meal, but a $200 meal (for 2) in an hour and 10 minutes is not my idea of celebrating Valentines Day. I would go again...but mid week when there is no holiday."

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"

"Always a delicious experience. Didn’t have a single plate that wasn’t impressive. Tried the special jalapeño pesto burrata. It didn’t disappoint. The meatballs, as always, spectacular. "First time here and was not impressed. We sat outside and the table was on an inclined so there was an angle and felt weird to our party. The weather was nice and the beer was good. We ordered the chicken alfredo which is far too creamy the chicken looked like blobs of cheese. The second dish was a chicken marsala. Which the sauce was extremely watery the chicken did not have a flavor and the noodles was store package taste. For an Italian kitchen made your pasta fresh like your pizza dough. The garlic parmesan bread that serve is great. The pasta dishes are not worth it stick to pizza. However we have not had the pizza here yet. Service was cordial. The salads were good. This place is getting two stars due to atmosphere, drinks. The pasta could use an upgrade, expand to a full bar and lower your price if you're going to continue to serve the same boring dishes as every other Italian restaurant."

"Okay, so my coworkers and I have started coming to this amazing little bar off of Ventura after work. Their kitchen stays open late which is what usually gets me to go out. But their staff and ambiance is what keeps me going back!!! Jessica, Mike* and Lilly ARE AMAZING!!!!!! Tonight I had an issue with a slice of pizza I ordered, I’m in the service industry, it was no big deal, just didn’t want it any longer, nor did I want to pay for it. No issues with that from the staff. However, they didn’t leave it at that! They went above and beyond to make sure I not only got what I ordered with no issues, and they gave me a comp for the next time I come in!!! I was so shocked and completely amazed by their customer service! I was equally impressed with Mike because although we have only been there a few times he had remembered us as did Jessica! Incredible staff! Incredible customer service! Great ambiance!! 10/10 I’d recommend!!!"

"The view and the service was excellent. The food was lousy. We ordered tuna tartar and they served us brown, what looked like multiple days, old tuna. It was disgusting. I’m embarrassed for the chef, and actually felt bad for the server who served it to me, because he knew what he was about and you didn’t need to eat the paste like tuna to see it was not fresh. The scallops over risotto were drenched in some mayo like substance. There was also a loud table of something kids who were pretty obnoxious. Great service, great view, it all falls off a cliff after that"
