"I've been a customer of Estes for a few years, and while I’ve experienced some issues in the past, nothing compared to my latest mishap this past weekend. I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but this meal was a complete disaster. I ordered delivery through DoorDash because, the last time I called the restaurant directly, I was met with a rather rude response stating that they don’t offer delivery. Although the DoorDash driver was quick and professional, the pizza took an incredibly long time to prepare. When the food finally arrived, it was immediately apparent that something was very wrong."
