"This maybe the only place in greater Denver area that does Chinese hand pulled and hand sliced noodles.Had stir fried hand sliced noodle with chilli oil and lanzhou noddle soup. Both were superb and highlighted the fresh made noodle textures. Ask for the fried noodle spicy. Soup was a light broth, unlike the usual heavy meaty beefy broth that can be over powering. But its heavy on cilantro in case you dont like cilantro.Yes, he is a one man show, taking orders, pulling noodles, cooking. And he has togo app orders. Pretty amazing to see how he does it. It does take time, but he gets it done. So, dont come in a hurry. Think of a European dining experience, it’s not fast. For reference: There was 1 table before us, and some togo orders. Our noodles for 2 dinner took about an hour from arrival to leaving. The people who left bad reviews. Are you here for food or service? Food is 5 star. Service is good, just slow, the guy is really nice. If you took time to leave bad reviews, i assume you took time to read them as well and know he is a one man show.Come for the food, it fits in the slow food movement crowd, not the i want it now crowd. You wont be disappointed, oh and order from the Chinese menu ?"
