"I buy a pulse to use while I visited the last weekend in mykonos bleu new york. I created the reservation as they reliant upon buying the pulsd. when we arrived, the hotel recommended to close the restaurant. after a few phone calls they came down and picked us up. Once we got into the restaurant, the facility for a private event was carried out in the main restaurant. the manager sat at the bar and advised her to find out. about 15 minutes later he sat on another side of the private event. this side was dark, had it look at the city, and seemed very dirty. After we ordered the administration, came back and told us that they had no brunch and that they forgot to block the reservations. I also heard that another customer advises that she had booked a birthday brunch for a party of 16 that I guess would take place on the side that we were, which is why he told us that they did not have brunch articles. Unfortunately, the brunch was planned for our last day in nyc, so we are not able to reconnect and use it at a later time. this has led us to waste an hour of our vacation on a brunch that we never got! pulsd has refunded me for the voucher as soon as I have informed them. I would not recommend this restaurant because of the unprofessionality that was issued last weekend."
