"The service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. It took an entire hour for us to receive our drinks, and by the time they arrived, we had already finished all our meals. When we raised our concerns with the server and the manager, they showed little concern. While the manager did compensate us with free drinks, the server did not make any effort to enhance our experience or offer an apology. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us a 20% gratuity for a "large party," even though we had only six people at our table—standard for reservations through the OpenTable app, which usually restricts reservations for more than six. Additionally, after we left, another waitress was seen laughing and behaving unprofessionally in reference to our situation. On a positive note, the food and kitchen staff were exceptional, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, including as a manager, I tried to be patient and understanding. However, this is one of the few restaurants where I feel I won’t return, and I felt compelled to share my experience."
