Tender octopus served with flavorful orzo, combining Mediterranean ingredients for a delightful seafood dish.

"Tonight I tried Fusion Sushi located on PCH in Torrance. Despite my initial disappointment in the diameter size of my Sushi Rolls ? I realized that I should put aside my negativities and dive in. The food tasted absolutely amazing. Instead of six slices of sushi I was surprised to see there was actually eight slices. I purchased the Shrimp Roll ? that was pretty good and a Lobster Roll which I strongly recommend as it was bursting with flavor. However, I could not tell if it was Lobster or miniature Shrimps in place of it, lol. ?As for my drink, I think they could have given a more generous size of their yummy raspberry iced tea as it wasn't very big.Price was fairly reasonable and comparative to how delicious the meal was. My dinner tonight was fantastic and I'm most definitely going to return.4 Stars from me. If you're looking for a great local sushi spot and haven't stopped in yet, then you have to try them. Thank you to the friendly staff who were very nice to me. God bless you all and stay safe!"

"Overrated. I appreciate the attempt to bring a new twist or perspective to Mexican cuisine, but the most crucial element is that the food should be flavorful and retain its essence. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I encountered some of the blandest tacos I’ve ever had, leaving me quite disappointed. I can only imagine how a Mexican person would feel dining there. Service: Dine-in."

"Worst Chinese food I ever ate. Ordered 100$ worth of food for family and guests and was disappointed beyond words. General Tsao’s Chicken and Sesame Chicken were impossible to chew. Seemed like they were cooked on Monday and refried 5 days later on Friday. Ordered Yellow Tail and Spicy Salmon rolls that were unrecognizable. I have never given a bad review, ever, for a restaurant, but this is a warning for perspective customers and an admonition to the owners to do better. Not many Chinese restaurants deliver in Yorktown and none make Chinese food like Paul Ma’s, the Imperial Wok or the Empire Hunan, all that closed many years ago. There is a big opportunity for good Chinese food here in Yorktown Heights. Okinawa Sushi and Hibatchi needs to up its game. ??"

"I hate writing bad reviews. I really do. But I don't get this place. The good? GLEN. Our server was awesome. Nice guy. Did a fantastic job. The bad? The food. Bland clam chowder. Overcooked, rubbery scallops, and sea bass that I had to season with table salt and pepper. Everything seemed prepared for the 4 o clock crowd at Furs Cafeteria. The only food win was the Boston Cream Pie. Holy cow. That was good. But the rest. Wow. I don't expect to have to season my own food at a high quality restaurant. It was a stunning disappointment."

"Hmmmm. Not impressed after visiting the Nobu in LA. Had brunch reservations and got there a few min prior. Restaurant is closed until the exact time of the reservation 11:45am. It was raining and we waited the 5 min in the rain… They can’t open the doors to have people wait inside? Really? The restaurant was not busy. Waiter seemed pretty disinterested and didn’t explain the set brunch menu. I guess we were just supposed to know it. Was surprised when I asked questions. My son didn’t like coleslaw and asked to substitute fries (which is on the menu) instead. Seemed to be a problem and we were met with ‘there are no substitutes’. This ain’t an extensive menu mind you. I pressed the issue. It’s fries not caviar! They acquiesced for a $4 charge! I don’t like to be nickled and dimed for something so silly when I’m spending $65 for brunch. My daughter didn’t order the set menu and received her meal about 15 min prior to everyone else. She had tempura so it’s not like she could wait until the rest of us got our dishes. The food was ok. Nothing special that I need to go back for. This was just not the experience we had in LA. And again, the restaurant was NOT busy. The food and service was just not there to justify the cost of the meal. I won’t be back to the DC location but am willing to try others."

"We love going to Nobu and have had a great time each visit. This past visit was disappointing. We felt very rushed and forced to order by our server. All of our food came out at the same time instead of properly spaced out like we are used to. If there is a record of who our server was we would like to request not having him again. We love Nobu and will definitely be back. Last night’s experience was just disappointing."

"Stunning looking place with such a unique menu that it needs to be on the 'we gotta try ' list for any couple. Plenty of room for COVID times and I can imagine can be bustling and packed at full capacity. You go on a journey with their menu and can either get the food with paired wine, or, just try 5 different wines that are so good. Fair amount of room to park but not a ton, so, be careful...parking garage not too far. It 's worth it."

"It was a random place to eat but it was beautiful it happened naturally. We where seated really quick! The server took a while to get us water or ask what we wanted. But they took care of us quickly and respectfully after. I appreciate the hospitality and acknowledgment after. The sushi was amazing!!! Made my say and gave me energy. I tried the Phili roll only $7.00?!Then the California roll was delicious if you love sweat stuff crab or cream is the way to go. If not stick to spicey shrimp rolls or squid rings."

"After waiting around 40mins for our food, which when finally arrived the waiter apologized for the delay since it was busy for a show night. PS that's why we made reservations so we could also be on time for the show.. The food was just so-so. We selected the tomahawk which were advised was finished table side with a flambeed. They wheeled the steak around the entire restaurant to get up to the raised platform we were on. But they failed to mention just the sauce would be flambeed.. our steak never hit the pan. Our food when finally received was cold. Not that we would have had time to send it back because our waiter never checked on us.. even if we did we would then have been late for the show and/or been stuck with now over cooked steak. When my husband have the rare opportunity to get out without the kids we always select a fine dining steakhouse so we are used to the prices which we never mind when the food is worth it. This however was not. The best item in on the whole menu is the free bread and butter. Another suggestion would be to invest in the illuminated menus many steakhouses now have, when the restaurant is so dark it helps patrons see what they are ordering."

"After a brief wait, we were seated at a tiny two-person table squeezed between other small tables, reminiscent of seating you’d find at a Silver Dollar type restaurant. I requested a different spot, preferably a four-top table, but was told that all of those were reserved for larger parties that evening. I then pointed out an empty four-top and was informed it was indeed available. Later, after a party of four finished their meal at that table, a party of two was immediately seated there. We opted for the server to make our menu selections, as this was an option. I mentioned our budget was around $350, and we expressed interest in dishes that included Wagyu. He estimated the price would be around $400, which I approved. As we dined, we noticed several patrons in casual wear—sweats, jeans, baseball caps, and sneakers—clothing that clearly didn't adhere to any dress code. When I inquired about this, our server mentioned that there is a dress code in theory, but it’s not enforced because hotel guests come dressed that way. In total, with drinks, appetizer, main course, and tip, we ended up paying $600. Personally, I feel that the quantity and quality of the food do not justify the high price, and most importantly, the atmosphere and ambiance fall short of what you would expect to pay. This was our third visit to Nobu, and regrettably, it will be our last. Additionally, the servers who brought out the various dishes seemed so rushed that they barely took the time to describe the dishes, often speaking too softly to be understood."

"eating and drinks were good, nothing special. crab claw was tiny. the biggest problem was terrible service where barkeeper would forget that we existed, go directly to us to the people on both sides of us. unless I said, excuse them and awaken my hand, no one would have asked us anything. I get that this was the last night of the place and guess a lot of regular they were in pandering, but then just make it a private event. apropos masters, many people who are important and claim other personal space. lady beside us has sat one of their 3 serviettes where the app board was my wife. I've got arcs of rude woman next to me, where they squeezed out of some ground 4 idiots in a room of 2. many tables are available that we have not sat out of any reason, yet they packed the bar seats."

"I’m not someone who usually goes to higher end restaurants, so this was a pretty unique experience. They do have animal skins and similar decor throughout the place, which is less than ideal. however, they do have a vegan and vegetarian menu. I recommend getting the guac, it’s filling and a good start to the meal. personally, I wish I would’ve asked for them to add more seasoning. so, don’t be afraid to taste test and give honest feed back! I got the veggie paella, and I wasn’t a huge fan. my sister got the margarita flatbread and really enjoyed it. my mom got the enchilada verde, which was delicious! make sure to clarify your vegan preferences when you order."

"First, if you have issues doing stairs, you may want to reconsider. There is seating on the main floor but it is extremely noisy! Once we were seated it took over 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge us. Meanwhile two of his tables that were seated after us had drinks and knew the specials. This type of lack of service continued through the night. If you are 20-30 something you were attended to. A woman in her 70’s, one in her 50’s and one in her 20’s were not. It is becoming a consistent theme here in Boston."

"I have visited this restaurant with my family several times and the service is always friendly and quite quick, even on busy evenings such as Saturday night or Sunday lunch. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The rolls at this mid-tier sushi spot are great, with fresh fish and good proportions (I dislike when rolls are mostly rice with little fish). On our first visit, the rice and fish were too warm, causing the rolls to fall apart before we could even dip them in soy sauce. However, we decided to give it another try and have not encountered that issue since. I have not tried any sashimi, so I cannot comment on the quality of all the fish, but I have tried a variety of rolls including salmon, tuna, super white tuna, spicy salmon, and eel, all of which were very good. I appreciate that they offer pick 2 or pick 3 combos, which are a great deal."

"Incredible meal at Sienna! We showed up without reservations and they found us a table in the front window within minutes! What luck, and it only got better. We started with a few glasses of wine from their vast selection, and shared the Arrancia con Brasato, three risotto balls with braised short rib inside and served with demi glace. They were perfect! My Rigatoni Norcina was perfectly al dente, with a brandied mushroom creme sauce and ground fresh sausage. Creamy, silky and rich with a hint of white truffle oil. My GF loved the Pollo con Risotto Zucca, a pair of grilled chicken breasts sitting atop the best risotto she'd every had. The delicate honey herb sauce was perfectly balanced to the rich risotto. We also had a few drinks that were perfectly prepared, and the service was impeccable. The only things that "missed" for us was the side order of roasted Brussel sprouts and pancetta which were bit overdone and mushy. At $105 this isn't a cheap meal, but it's worth every penny. Without alcohol it would have been under $70. Sienna easily earns its top spot designations we read about."

"I frequently take charge of the menu when we dine there, as the portions are impressively large, and my family always ends up with leftovers. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and I highly recommend their house salad with peanut dressing—it's a must-have for me! My kids are big fans of the orange chicken, and they always request it to be mild. When we order shrimp on our dishes, the shrimp is always perfectly sized. We keep coming back because the quality of the food truly speaks for itself."
